Your catalog, on your site, doing the recruiting.

Course catalog, career pathways and curriculum management, built for community colleges. It runs on the WordPress site you already have.

The Kenii Catalog overview. As you scroll, the pointer opens the app switcher and moves to Kenii Pathways, whose overview shows career and transfer data completeness.
Kenii Catalog, running in the WordPress site your college already operates.

Kenii puts your catalog back where it belongs: on your own site,

instead of sitting on a vendor server waiting to be renewed.

Publish a catalog year without rebuilding it

Programs, courses, and credentials in one connected record. Change a course once and every place it appears is correct. Past years lock and stay readable.

Show students what a program pays

Compass starts from what a student wants to do and returns real programs at your college, with regional wages and demand pulled live from federal labor data.

Every committee vote, on the record

Changes move through your real approval chain, and Kenii records how each member voted, on which proposal, in which meeting. When a reviewer asks, the answer is a report.

“It is just amazing, really. It is not just okay, it is not just meeting the bar.[Kenii] has surpassed anything wecould have ever imagined.”

What colleges use it for

Six things that stop being a problem

  • Publish without rebuilding
Kenii catalog year screen: the 2026-2027 catalog is published with 48 programs, while the 2025-2026 and 2024-2025 catalog years are locked and stay readable.

The catalog year stops being a fire drill.

Publish the new year while the old one locks and stays readable. Nothing to rebuild.

  • One record, not three
One course record, WLD-210 GTAW (TIG) Plate, feeds the program page, the catalog PDF and the plan of study, so a change made once is correct in all three.

Nobody retypes the same change again.

Change a course once and every place it appears is correct, because there is only one of it.

  • Wages on the program
A student checks his phone next to a Kenii best match: Automotive Systems Technology, a certificate of about one year, with regional wages of $47,770 a year and growing demand.

Students see what a program actually pays.

Regional wages and demand, pulled live from federal labor data and mapped to your programs.

  • Evidence as a by-product
Kenii approval record for revising ACC-150 Accounting Software, approved by the department chair, the curriculum committee and the board of trustees, with an Export evidence button for accreditation.

The accreditor asks, and it is already written down.

Per-member votes recorded as approval happens, exportable the day someone asks.

  • On your own domain
A college catalog at yourcollege.edu/programs showing Programs & Courses in the college's own colors, header and database, indexed under the college's own domain.

Your catalog stops living on a vendor server.

It runs on your WordPress site, in your database, indexed under your own domain.

  • Built for the committee
Four committee members around a Kenii branded demo site card: 14 days, long enough for a committee meeting.

Everyone who needs to see it, can.

Fourteen days with a branded demo site is long enough to take to a committee meeting.

First questions

What people ask us first.

Is Kenii only for community colleges?
That is who it is built for. Community and technical colleges carry a catalog problem that four-year institutions mostly solved with budget nobody here assumes you have. The credential structures, the dual enrollment paths, the transfer logic: all of it is shaped around two-year programs.
Will the catalog look like us, or like Kenii?
Like you. Your colors, your type, your header and footer, on your own domain. There is no badge, no vendor branding, and no link back to us anywhere a student can see. Someone browsing your programs should not be able to tell what you run.
Who on our staff actually uses this day to day?
The people already keeping the catalog current. A coordinator edits programs and courses, deans and committee members review changes when it is their turn, and IT installs it once and steps back. It runs as a WordPress plugin, so whoever edits your site can edit this.
What does Kenii not do?
It is not a student information system. It does not register students, hold records, or process financial aid, and it does not sync to Banner or Colleague. It reads your catalog data and publishes it. Your registrar keeps the system they already run.
Can we see it running at a real college?
Yes. Martin Community College runs Kenii in production and its catalog is public, so you can search it the way a student would before you ever talk to us.

Take fourteen dayswith it before you decide.

Ask for a demo and we get in touch to set up your own demo site. It is yours for two weeks. At the end we talk, then send a written quote your purchasing office can work with.
