Accreditation evidence builtinto daily work.
Turn catalog publishing and curriculum governance into a structured accreditation trail. Lock catalog years, record committee votes, and track field-level change histories without a pre-visit scramble.
Evidence is a by-product of running your catalog,
not a frantic project before a site visit.
Locked catalog years
maintain stable archives.
When an academic year closes, its catalog status locks to published. Unlocking a year requires administrative permission, so published editions stay stable, and the unlock itself is written to the audit log with the year it touched.

Voting records archived
at the source.
Every curriculum change stores the committee chain, the individual member votes, and the meeting record alongside the modified course. When a reviewer asks how a requirement changed, the evidence is attached to the record itself.

Approved addendums
with visual redlines.
When a policy or course update lands mid-year, Kenii attaches it as a dated addendum rather than silently overwriting a page students already read. Reviewers see what changed, when it took effect, and who authorized it.

Questions accreditation officers ask.
- How does Kenii help with regional accreditation visits?
- Kenii maintains locked catalog year archives, tracks field-level change history with user attribution and timestamps, and links curriculum proposal vote histories directly to course records, so a reviewer can inspect the exact historical requirement and the vote that produced it.
- Can a published catalog year be modified?
- Yes, deliberately. Published years are locked by default, and unlocking one requires administrative permission. The unlock is recorded in the audit log, and edits made afterward are recorded with their previous and new values.
- Does the audit log catch every possible change?
- It records what happens through Kenii. Creations, edits, and deletions made in the Kenii admin are logged with before and after values. A change made directly against the database outside the application, as with any system, is not something the application can see.
- Can we export catalog records for state board reporting?
- Yes. Export complete catalog snapshots and course data in open JSON or CSV formats at any time, without vendor assistance and without a custom export fee.
