Whatever your role, the same one system.

Kenii solves a different problem for every office on your campus without ever being a different product. Academic Affairs gets a predictable cost and an accreditation-ready record. Your catalog and curriculum team gets less manual work. Enrollment gets a recruiting engine on your own site. IT gets nothing new to run.

One database. Four ways to look at it.

Every office sees exactly the view its job requires.

One program record.
Four different views.

The same course and program data looks different depending on who is looking at it. Academic Affairs sees cost predictability and accreditation status. Your catalog coordinator sees an edit screen built for a few clicks. Enrollment sees a student-facing page built to convert. IT sees a database it already owns. None of that requires a second system or a re-entry step.

The report Academic Affairs needs
is the page enrollment built.

A locked catalog year that satisfies an accreditation reviewer is the exact same page a prospective student read the day they applied. Nothing gets built twice, summarized into a slide deck, or exported into a static document that goes stale the week after the meeting.

We handle migration.
Your team edits the real thing.

Depending on your implementation scope, we migrate your existing catalog data into Kenii so your team spends its time editing live records rather than re-typing courses. Update a course in a few clicks instead of filing an IT ticket, and publish before deadline.

Runs on your WordPress site.
Lives in your database.

Kenii installs on the WordPress site you already operate and writes to the database you already control. There are no new servers, no separate login systems, and nothing new for IT to provision. Every module is built to WCAG 2.2 AA standards rather than retrofitted for them later.

Solutions By Role

Four jobs on campus. One system that works for all of them.

Academic Affairs

A predictable license instead of a legacy renewal that climbs every year. Every catalog year locks for accreditation the day it closes and stays exactly as students saw it. Your data lives in your own database, so there is no vendor to negotiate with to get it back.

Catalog and Curriculum

We migrate your catalog based on your implementation scope so your team is not re-typing it. Update a course in a few clicks instead of filing an IT ticket, and publish before the deadline. Curriculum proposals route through your real committee chain and write into the record automatically once approved.

Enrollment and Marketing

A mobile-first catalog that lives on your own site and in your own brand, not a vendor subdomain. Compass turns what can I study into a real program in a few taps, backed by state wage and demand data students respond to.

What sets Kenii aside is that it is all built into one, and it is inside your own website.

Solutions By Module

The same system, adding capability as your institution is ready.

Required base

Catalog, the base every solution stands on.

If your program pages are out of date the week after you publish them, this is the fix. One connected record for every program, course, and credential, published on your own site so it never falls out of sync with what students see.

Pathways, when recruiting is the problem.

If a prospective student cannot answer what will I actually earn, Compass and state wage data solve it in a few taps using your real programs, not a stock list.

Explore Pathways

Curriculum, when approvals eat a semester.

If a curriculum change takes a spreadsheet, three emails, and a re-typed catalog entry, this replaces it with your real committee chain and a change that writes itself into the record once approved.

Assist, coming soon.

If your staff and your students keep asking the same catalog questions, Assist is designed to answer them, grounded only in what you have published. It is still in development, and early access is opening in stages.

Solutions FAQ

Questions institutions ask.

Which solution should we start with?
Catalog. It is the required base and the connected record every other module reads from, so start there and add Pathways or Curriculum once your team is comfortable and your institution is ready.
Does IT need to build anything before other departments can use it?
No. Kenii installs on the WordPress site you already operate and writes to your existing database. There is no separate infrastructure project for IT to finish before Academic Affairs, your catalog team, or enrollment can start using it.
Will our catalog and curriculum team have to re-type our current catalog?
Not if your implementation scope includes setup. We migrate existing catalog data into Kenii as part of configured setups, so your team starts editing live records instead of rebuilding from scratch.
Does adding a module later mean a new contract with a new vendor?
No. Every module runs inside the same license structure and the same site. Add Pathways or Curriculum when your institution is ready, without migrating data or negotiating with someone new.
Can Academic Affairs see the same data enrollment sees?
Yes, because both are looking at the same underlying record, just through the view built for their job: a cost and accreditation view for Academic Affairs, a student-facing recruiting page for enrollment.

One demo. Every rolesees their own view.

Request a branded demo and we will stand up a full Kenii site carrying your college logo and colors, pre-loaded with demo catalog content. Walk Academic Affairs through the cost view, your catalog team through the edit screen, and enrollment through the student-facing page.
