Own your catalog.Launch it on your own site.
The Catalog package is the foundation of Kenii: every program, course, and credential in one connected database, published on the WordPress site you already run. It ships complete, with catalog years, search and filter, PDF export, and your college branding built in, so your institution owns its most important publication outright instead of renting space on someone else server.
Catalog is the required foundation of Kenii. Every other package builds on the same record.
License it once. Add the rest when your institution is ready.
Everything your catalog needs, standard.
Program, course, and credential records
Every program, course, and credential lives as a structured record in your own database, connected to each other so a change in one is correct everywhere it appears.
Catalog years with a real lifecycle
Draft next year catalog while this year stays live. Past years lock automatically and stay readable at their own address, keeping your institution accreditation-ready without an annual rebuild.
Search, filter, and mobile browsing
Students search and filter by interest, credential, delivery mode, and campus, on a phone, with shareable URLs that point straight to the program they found.
PDF export, always current
Every catalog year exports to a clean, public PDF your students and staff can download anytime, generated from the same live data, never a stale copy someone forgot to update.
Your college branding, built in
Your colors, your fonts, and your custom CSS render across the catalog through a three-layer system, so it looks like your site because it is your site.
Open data, no lock-in
Your catalog exports in JSON and CSV anytime, and a REST API is available for your team to build against. Kenii installs on the WordPress you already run, with no new servers.
Built for students
to find their program.
The Catalog package ships with a fully searchable, mobile-first browsing experience. Students filter by interest, credential, delivery mode, and campus, and every result carries a shareable URL, so a program page travels by text message, not just a printed handbook.

Styled like your site,
because it is your site.
Base Kenii styling gives way to your college colors and fonts the moment you set them, and a custom CSS box handles anything your brand still needs. There is no vendor template bolted onto your homepage and no separate domain for students to learn.
Catalog years
3 years, 1 locked
One package, with room to grow.
Essentials attaches free.
Board is yours when you are ready.
The Catalog package ships complete on its own: every program, course, and credential record, catalog years, search, PDF export, and your branding. Essentials, a staff directory with alerts and popups, activates on every site at no extra cost. Board, for meetings, agendas, minutes, and trustee records, is a paid add-on you turn on when your institution needs it.

Built for the catalog you are moving off of.
Coming from Acalog
If your catalog lives on a vendor servers and sends students to a vendor domain to read it, the Catalog package moves that same content onto your own site, indexed as your pages, working as part of your recruiting instead of sitting beside it.
Coming from CourseLeaf
If your team is used to a dedicated catalog system, the Catalog package gives your coordinator the same structured records and publishing control, without a second login your institution has to maintain forever.
Coming from a PDF
If your catalog is a document turned into a PDF once a year, the Catalog package gives you structured, searchable records your team updates in minutes, plus a PDF export for anyone who still wants one.
I love that we can download it as a PDF.Erica Caracoglia Catalog Coordinator Martin Community College
- What exactly is included in the Catalog package?
- Every program, course, and credential record, catalog years with a full lifecycle, search and filter, PDF export, and three-layer branding, all running on the WordPress site you already operate. It is the required foundation of Kenii, and it works as a complete product on its own.
- Do we have to buy Pathways or Curriculum too?
- No. Catalog stands on its own. Pathways and Curriculum are separate packages that attach to the same database when your institution is ready for them, and neither is required to run Catalog.
- Is Essentials included, or is it extra?
- Essentials, the staff directory with alerts and popups, activates free on every Kenii site. There is nothing to buy and nothing to configure to turn it on.
- Is Board included in the Catalog package?
- No. Board is a paid add-on for meetings, agendas, minutes, and trustee records. It is never bundled into the Catalog package and never sold on its own; you add it to a licensed Catalog site when your institution needs it.
- How much does the Catalog package cost?
- The license is the same whatever your enrollment, and implementation scales with the size of your catalog, so we send a written quote after we have looked at what you are migrating, rather than publish a number that would be wrong for most institutions.
- Can our team migrate off Acalog, CourseLeaf, or a PDF ourselves?
- You do not have to. We migrate your existing catalog as part of implementation, so your team opens a structured, searchable system on day one instead of retyping years of content.
