- Do we have to buy every module?
- No. Catalog is the required base and everything else is optional. Add Pathways for career discovery, Curriculum for governance, or Board and Essentials as add-ons whenever your institution is ready.
- Do the modules share data, or does our team enter things twice?
- They share the exact same database. A course record your team builds in Catalog is the same record Pathways attaches wage data to, and the same record Curriculum routes for committee approval. Nothing is ever re-entered.
- What if we only need Catalog right now?
- Catalog runs as a complete standalone product. Locked modules stay invisible in your admin, with no half-built menu items and no upsell prompts in the way of daily work.
- Is Assist available yet?
- Not yet. Assist is in active development and has not been released. Early access will open in stages to a limited group of institutions first. Talk to us if you want to be among them.
- Does adding a module mean new IT infrastructure?
- No. Every module installs into the same WordPress site and database you already run Catalog on. There is no new hosting for IT to provision.
