Why there is no single number on this page.
- What does pricing depend on?
- Two things: which package you choose, and how much setup help you want. A college loading its own content pays for a lighter setup than one asking us to migrate and configure the full catalog. Setup scales with the number of programs in your catalog, not with student enrollment.
- Is annual billing cheaper than monthly?
- Yes. Annual billing includes two months free every year. Paying monthly across twelve months costs more than the annual price for the same package.
- Does starting small cost us more later?
- No. Catalog is the foundation inside every package, so moving up later unlocks additional modules over the data you already have. There is no migration and no software to replace.
- How does this compare to what we pay now?
- Ask us and we will build the comparison against the systems you are actually replacing. The honest place to compare is total cost across the contract term rather than the first year alone, because setup is a one-time cost and the license difference compounds every year after it.
- Is Kenii Assist included in a package?
- No. Assist is a separate add-on and is never part of a package. It is still in development and has not been released, so we do not quote it.
