A written quote yourpurchasing office can use.
Tell us your program count, the package you have in mind, and how much setup help you want. License pricing tracks the size of your catalog rather than your enrollment, so we quote it rather than publish it.
A real number, in writing, in a few days.
-
We read it
A person reads your request, not a scoring rule. If something is unclear we ask before we price it.
-
We look at your catalog size
Program count is the main driver, so we check what you publish today rather than guessing from your enrollment.
-
You get it in writing
License and implementation quoted separately, so your purchasing office can set it against your current renewal line by line.
-
No obligation attached
A quote is a document, not a commitment. Take it to a committee, sit on it for a semester, or come back next budget cycle.
Questions about pricing.
- Why is pricing not published?
- Because catalog size varies enormously between colleges and a single published number would be wrong for almost everyone. We would rather quote your institution than publish a figure that flatters us and misleads you.
- Does the price change with our enrollment?
- No. License cost tracks the size of your catalog, not your student headcount, so a strong enrollment year does not arrive with a larger invoice.
- What is included in implementation?
- Migrating your existing programs, courses, credentials, and policies into Kenii, plus training for the people who will maintain the catalog. How much of it we handle is the part you choose, and it is quoted separately from the license.
- Can we start with one module?
- Yes. Catalog is the base every package includes, and Pathways and Curriculum can be added later without redoing the work.
