Record each motion and how each trustee voted: for, against, abstained or not recorded. The public meeting page shows how the board voted, and a past vote keeps the trustees who sat that day, even after a term ends.
Posting deadlines you set, tracked for you.
Set your own rules for when agendas and minutes must be posted, with a separate rule for special meetings. Each meeting shows Posted, Posted late, Not posted or Overdue. Board tracks your rules and never claims to state the law.
