See it in yourown colors.

Tell us a little about your college and we will set up a Kenii demo site carrying your logo and your colors, running on demo catalog content. It is yours for fourteen days, with nothing to sign.

Format: name@yourcollege.edu
Programs published in your active catalog year. A rough number is fine.

What happens next

No screen share. You get the keys.

  1. We get in touch

By email, usually within one business day, from a person who will stay with you through the evaluation.

  2. We set up your demo site

Your logo and your colors, running on demo catalog content. Your own catalog is loaded at implementation, never before.

  3. You have it for fourteen days

Long enough to take it to a committee and let everyone who needs to see it work through it at their own pace.

  4. We talk, then we quote

Only after you have used it. A written quote your purchasing office can act on, priced for your catalog size.

Before you ask

Questions about the demo.

Is the demo built around our programs?
No. The demo site carries your logo and your colors, and it runs on demo catalog content so you can see how everything behaves without anyone having to export a thing. Your own catalog is loaded during implementation.
Does requesting a demo commit us to anything?
No. There is no card, no contract, and no obligation at the end of the fourteen days. If it is not right, tell us and we will close it down.
Who should be on the request?
Whoever feels the problem. It is usually the person who runs the catalog publish cycle or shepherds curriculum proposals. Bring academic affairs, IT, and marketing in during the fourteen days, which is exactly what the window is for.
We are mid catalog year. Is now a bad time?
No. Past years lock and stay readable, so Kenii can carry the year you are in and the year you are building at the same time. Most colleges start between publish cycles precisely because the next one is the deadline they want to hit.

Need the numberbefore the demo?

Some purchasing offices want a figure before anyone spends time on an evaluation. Ask for a written quote first and we will send one priced for your catalog size, then set up the demo whenever you are ready.
