A staff directory organized by staff, department, and section, plus site alerts and popups, the small tools every college website needs and none of them should cost extra. Essentials activates free on any Kenii site, no separate module, no separate bill.

Every icon in the admin now comes from one set, in one weight. Toast messages no longer cover the Save button. The Calendar buttons are easier to tap. Seeding a demo site a second time works.

The Show me how tour now closes from Got it, Skip and the close button. A data health note left by a record that was purged outside Kenii now clears when you recheck it.

The printed catalog builds in pieces, so a large catalog fits in the memory a web request has. Site search finds pages and posts again when Curriculum is on. An academic calendar PDF can be attached to a year before its catalog year exists.

The printed catalog now shows each credential's requirements, the blank pages after the Programs and Credentials title pages are gone, and the sections are numbered in the order they print. New demo sites also come with a general education requirement list, a Team member, and programs and courses on both campuses.

The Interest tab on the Demand screen now shows what Compass users were aiming for and how fast they want to go, next to the field table, and no longer shows two empty seat columns when nothing is scheduled. Every module's sidebar has an icon on each top-level item.
Grounded AI, built on what you already publish.
Kenii Assist
One assistant, two surfaces: a student-facing guide and a staff-facing assistant, both grounded only in your college’s own published catalog and pathways content. No student records, no login, no transcript, no stored identity, nothing it was not given permission to read.
Kenii MCP
An open interface that lets your other campus AI tools query your catalog and pathways data directly, grounded the same way Assist is, instead of scraping your public pages or guessing at what is current.

- We build in the order our customers hit the wall. Curriculum came after catalog production got easy. Schedule and Enroll follow Curriculum. Pulse and Assist wait for real usage data to ground them in. Nothing on this page jumps ahead of what a college actually asked for.
- Is any of this available to buy right now?
- Catalog and Pathways are live and licensed today. Curriculum, Board and Essentials are built and rolling out. Everything else on this page, including Assist and Kenii MCP, is not yet for sale. We will tell you the moment that changes.
- Can we get early access to Assist or Kenii MCP?
- Yes. A short list of colleges are testing them ahead of release. Tell us about your program and we will let you know where you land in line.
- Does licensing Catalog today commit us to the rest of the roadmap?
- No. Every Kenii module is licensed on its own. Catalog runs completely on its own, and nothing on this roadmap changes what you already own or how it works.
- Will Board or Essentials cost extra?
- Essentials is free on every Kenii site. Board is a paid add-on to Catalog, never sold on its own and never required.
