Catalog, Pathways andCurriculum together.
The catalog students browse, the career data that helps them choose a program, and the approval trail your accreditor asks about. Three things most colleges buy separately, or do not buy at all.

Your catalog, your career data, and your curriculum records are one system,
because at your college they were always one conversation.
What you are actually buying
Three modules, one rollout, one renewal.
Each of these is sold on its own. Bought together they stop being three projects with three timelines and three sets of training, and become one system where a change in one place is already correct everywhere else.
Catalog: publish without rebuilding
Programs, courses, and credentials in one connected record, on your own site and in your own database. Change a course once and every place it appears is correct.

Pathways: show what a program pays
Compass starts from what a student wants to do and returns real programs at your college. They see the job, the wage in their own region, and the plan of study that gets them there.

Curriculum: every vote on the record
Changes move through your real approval chain, and Kenii records how each member voted, on which proposal, in which meeting. When a reviewer asks, the answer is a report.

Why together rather than separately
The three of them share one record.
A course is approved once and appears everywhere
Curriculum approves the change, Catalog publishes it, and the Pathways program map updates with it. No re-keying between three systems, and no window where the three of them disagree.
One implementation, not three
Your catalog gets migrated once. Staff learn one system. There is one go-live to plan around instead of three that each need their own quiet period in the academic year.
The evidence chain is unbroken
A reviewer can follow a program from the committee that approved it, to the catalog entry students saw, to the career outcome it claims. That chain only exists if the three pieces are the same system.
“We’ve had so much positive feedback. One of the things we’re going to put on our convocation day in the fall is going through the new catalog and how it looks and how it functions.”Erica S. Caracoglia, Ed.D. Vice President, Strategic Initiatives and Accreditation Liaison Martin Community College

In production today
Already running on a real catalog
These are counts from a college catalog running on Kenii right now, on the college’s own site. Not a demo dataset.
In their words
What the people running it say.
“What there is right now today is better than what we currently have. Hands down.”
“Those types of things are what sets Kenii aside. What we’re used to using is multiple modules; this is all built into one, it’s inside your website.”
“I don’t know how it could be any simpler. It almost looks so easy that it doesn’t need training. And that’s preferable, that’s the way it should be.”
The questions we get asked
The awkward ones, answered plainly.
- We already have a website. Does this replace it?
- No. Kenii is a plugin for the WordPress site you already run. Your homepage, your brand and your CMS stay exactly as they are. What changes is that your program pages start doing work.
- Will it work with our SIS?
- Kenii reads catalog data, it does not replace your SIS. Import by CSV or connect by API. The registrar’s office keeps its workflows.
- What happens if we stop paying?
- Your data stays in your own database, on your own server, because that is where it lived the whole time. Public rendering and editing do pause when a license lapses, so we will not tell you nothing changes. What we will tell you is that nobody else is holding your catalog hostage.
- Our IT team is stretched thin.
- It installs like any other WordPress plugin. No servers to provision, no custom infrastructure, no separate hosting contract.
- Do we have to buy all three?
- No. Catalog is the foundation and sits inside every package, so starting with one and adding later costs you nothing in rework. Academics exists because most colleges eventually want all three, and buying them together is one rollout instead of three.
