Open a report
- Go to Reports.
- Click one of the six report cards. Each shows a one-line description of
what it covers:- Pending Proposals: every active proposal and the step it is
waiting on. - Aging: open proposals ranked by total time in the workflow,
bucketed into 0 to 30, 31 to 60, 61 to 90, and 90-plus days. - Bottleneck: where proposals spend the most active time, across
all history, by step. - Participation: reviewer workload, assigned, acted, pending, and
average decision time, per reviewer. - User Activity: everything one reviewer has touched, with time

The report loads automatically once you have supplied any required filter
(see below).
If the report needs a reviewer
User Activity requires you to choose a Reviewer from the dropdown
before it loads.
If the report needs a specific proposal
Historical Change requires you to choose a Proposal from the
dropdown before it loads. Optionally narrow it with From and To
dates to limit which decisions appear in the timeline.
Export a report as PDF
Once a report has loaded, click Export PDF at the top right. The export
uses whatever filters (reviewer, proposal, date range) are currently
selected.
