This release is about **letting students find previous catalog years themselves**. A quiet “View a previous catalog year” link sits beside the results count on the Programs page and switches the listing to whichever published year they choose. If a year has no programs online but does have an uploaded catalog PDF, they get a download card instead of an empty page. The link only appears when more than one year is public, so nothing changes for a college running a single year.

  • Added Student-facing catalog year switcher on the Programs page: a quiet "View a previous catalog year" link beside the results count opens a small dropdown of the public catalog years and switches the listing to the chosen year (native “, no JavaScript). When a selected archived year has no online programs but has an uploaded catalog PDF, the page shows a "Download the {year} Catalog (PDF)" card with a link back to the current catalog, instead of an empty list. The control only appears when more than one public year exists.
