- Why do you publish pricing when nobody else does?
- Because hiding it wastes your time and ours. If the number does not work for your institution, neither of us wants to find that out on the third call.
- Is this the price we would actually pay?
- It is list price, and it is real. What it does not include is anything specific to your situation, which is what a written quote is for.
- What does the annual license include?
- The right to run the software, every update we ship while you are licensed, and support from someone who knows your catalog. New modules and new designs come the same way, at no extra charge. It is a license rather than a retainer, so we are not on campus each year working on your site.
- What does setup cover?
- Migrating your existing catalog, configuring the site to your brand, and getting your team working in it. It is charged once.
- Does the price change if our enrollment grows?
- No. It scales with the size of your catalog, which is what drives the work. Enrollment does not enter into it.
- Can we start with one module and add others later?
- Yes, and adding one later does not mean redoing the first. Catalog is the foundation and everything else reads from it.
