Reference for the six curriculum reports and what question each one answers.

Report catalog

The Reports screen provides six reports over the proposal pipeline. Each report reads the current set of proposals and their recorded history. Durations are shown in days, hours, and minutes.

Report Answers
Pending Proposals Which proposals are open right now, grouped by their current stage and proposal type.
Aging How long each open proposal has been waiting, sorted into age buckets, so the oldest work is visible.
Bottleneck Where proposals spend the most time, measured as the average time proposals sit at each workflow stage.
Participation How much each reviewer and committee has acted on proposals over the reporting period.
User Activity What each user has done in the pipeline: proposals created, reviews performed, votes recorded.
Historical Change How the volume and outcomes of proposals have moved over time.

Proposal types in reports

Reports group and label proposals by their type (for example a new course, a course revision, or a discontinuation). The type labels used in reports are the same ones used throughout the Curriculum module.
