How to set up multiple campuses

Turn on campuses

Campuses are on by default. If they’re hidden, open Settings > Catalog Setup and turn on Enable Campuses. Turn it off if your institution only has one campus, to hide the Campuses section from the sidebar.

Create a campus

  1. Open Campuses in the sidebar.
  2. Click Add Campus.
  3. Enter the Campus Name.
  4. Enter Address, City, State, and Zip.
  5. Enter Phone, Email, and Website URL.
  6. Click Save.

Repeat for every campus location.

Assign programs and courses to a campus

  1. Open the program (Catalog > Programs) or course (Catalog > Courses) you want to assign.
  2. Under Campuses, add each campus it’s offered at from the dropdown.
  3. Click Save.

The Campuses field only appears on the program and course editors once at least one campus exists.

See what’s assigned to each campus

Open Campuses to see, per campus, a count of the programs and courses assigned to it. Click a campus row to edit its details.

Where campuses appear on the site

  • Each program and course page shows an Offered At sidebar list of the campuses it’s assigned to, linking to each campus’s page.
  • [kenii_campuses] renders a campus directory grid on any page.
  • [kenii_campus_detail] renders a single campus’s address, contact info, a Get Directions link, and the programs offered there.

If you used Create Catalog Pages in Settings to scaffold the standard pages, add a campus directory page yourself with [kenii_campuses], it isn’t one of the four pages that button creates. See How to place catalog pages with shortcodes.
